Enigma’s Young Professional Programme trains academically qualified young people to become financial services consultants. Under the motto “We can do more together”, the Young Professionals learn from one another, as well as from trainers, clients, and our own experienced consultants.

These Young Professionals spend 32 hours a week working as Junior Consultants for clients, and 8 hours a week following a customised market-oriented training programme. Working (on projects) is thus combined with learning. During and at the end of the training course, the Young Professionals obtain various certificates that are recognised by the market.
